This policy explains how ProfitMapsReview.com collects, uses, and protects information when you read the site, follow a link, or email us about bonuses. It applies to this website only. It does not control the checkout pages, software accounts, or payment processors run by the vendor of ProfitMaps AI or by the networks that host those checkouts.

The site is written for adults who are comparing a local SEO product. We do not ask you to create an account here to read a review. Most visits leave nothing more than the anonymous measurements described below.

Information we collect

Anonymous analytics data

When you browse, the site may record pages visited, time on site, referring pages, general location derived from an IP address, device type, and browser type. This information is used in aggregate. It is not a profile we sell. We use it to see which reviews people finish, which comparisons they open, and whether a page is failing to load. An IP address may be processed briefly to provide the page and to keep abusive traffic off the server. We do not use that address to identify you by name.

Information you provide voluntarily

If you email us to claim bonuses, ask a question, or request a change to your data, you choose what to send. That usually includes your email address, the address where you want files delivered, and a purchase receipt. The receipt may show an order number, a product name, a date, and the email you used at checkout. Send only what we need to match the order and deliver the files. Do not include a full payment-card number. We do not need it, and we do not want it stored in an inbox.

We do not run a public comment form on the reviews. If you write to the contact address, we keep the thread long enough to answer you and, when the message is a bonus claim, long enough to show that the files were sent.

From that moment, the checkout page’s policy is the one that covers payment details, account creation, and the vendor’s own email list.

We may also use an email provider to send the bonus download link. That provider sees the address you asked us to use and the fact that a message was sent. It does not receive your payment card.

Data retention

Analytics data is retained for 26 months. After that window, aggregate reports may remain, but the underlying visit record is not kept as an identified history. Bonus emails and receipts are kept while we may still need them to resend a download link or to resolve a dispute about whether an order came through this site. When that need has passed, we delete the thread or reduce it to a note that a request was completed, without the receipt attached.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing us. Tell us the address you used and what you want changed or removed. We will respond within a reasonable time. If we still need a record to complete a bonus delivery you asked for, we will say so and limit what we keep. You can also use your browser to refuse analytics cookies before you browse.

GDPR and CCPA

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
